Rogelio Bueno Adobo (8.25oz)

-8 poblano peppers (ready for stuffing)
-Cube Swiss cheese (3 cups)
-White kernel corn (3 cups)
-Sour cream
-Shredded cheddar cheese (2 cups)
Preparation Mode:
- Stuff poblano peppers with swiss cheese and corn.
- Place them in a greased baking dish.
- Cover with Rogelio Bueno Adobo, sour cream and top with shredded cheddar.
- Cover and medium heat in the oven for 20 minutes.
Suggestion:
Serve with Mexican rice and sliced avocado.
