Chile Relleno with adobo Rogelio Bueno

This recipe is very simple and the taste of cheese mixture and mole in a way that will delight your guests.

The combination of flavors, textures and aromas while cooking makes this dish a unique experience.

 

 

Ingredients:
Rogelio Bueno Adobo (8.25oz)
Note: Check How to prepare Rogelio Bueno Products.
-8 poblano peppers (ready for stuffing)
-Cube Swiss cheese (3 cups)
-White kernel corn (3 cups)
-Sour cream
-Shredded cheddar cheese (2 cups)

 

 

 

Preparation Mode:

  1. Stuff poblano peppers with swiss cheese and corn.
  2. Place them in a greased baking dish.
  3. Cover with Rogelio Bueno Adobo, sour cream and top with shredded cheddar.
  4. Cover and medium heat in the oven for 20 minutes.

Suggestion:
Serve with Mexican rice and sliced avocado.
